You need PS7 or CS2 to create the brushes. The first step is to find an image you want to use to make the brush, or something you have created and scanned. You need to select this tool. Select the part of the image you want to turn into a brush. Once you are done with the selecting you are than going to go up to your toolbar. Once you are their click on select-inverse. This will show the image just selected and not the extra around it. Now go to EDIT-DEFINE BRUSH SET. Once you have chosen this option it will save the brush.Their you have it. Your Done!
